@MojangSupport I have spent several hours over several days on live support chats with microsoft and xbox and they keep pushing me to your support ticket page which has been no help or assistance either. Can you please help me? I just want to play the game I bought.

Whenever I log into minecraft the only option I am given is to buy the game again. I was able to show that I own the game but since I didn't purchase it through microsoft they can't help me rectify this issue.
