@MojangSupport the game isn't letting me use the marketplace, which makes me unable to play online multiplayer, I play on switch and I've reloaded the game several times, it keeps asking me to log in to save purchases although I've been logged in for a day

Hmm, just to confirm is it asking you to log in to your Microsoft account whenever you close and re-open the game? After you log in, can you access the Marketplace and multiplayer or do you still get an error? ^LK

even after I log in it doesn't let me access the marketplace or multiplayer, while it does show me the servers, it stays on a loading screen infinitely until I close it.

Gotcha. In that case, we recommend reinstalling Minecraft. Before you do, make sure you back up your worlds! Deleting the app will delete all worlds unless they have been saved elsewhere. You can find steps for that here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^LK
