@MojangSupport my daughter and I cannot join each others worlds, new or old ones. We don't usually have any problems playing online together. The error just says timed out and can't connect.

Sounds like it could be connection issues. What device(s) are you both playing on, and can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far (if any)? Switching to a hardwire connection, if possible, and a router reboot is a good place to start! ^FF

I don't think it is connection, we switched to another game and that worked perfectly. We can't try hardwiring as using mobile device (ipad and iphone)

Have replied to the email and had no response. I got an email o say the ticket is expiring and will be closed. I also renewed my realms yesterday, today I have been charged but I still cannot access it.

My daughter and I deleted the app and reinstalled not knowing we would lose all our worlds...but it temporarily fixed the issue. We can play together but randomly she'll have to delete and reinstall again. For a game that costs as much as this does it really isn't acceptable.
