I don't believe that we have added copper torches to the game. It's a popular suggestion in our feedback site though! feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en… Is there a chance that this is a mod? If so, we recommend getting in contact with the developer of the mod for their support. ^AG

It would be a good idea to add some other variant of the torch. The candles there are 16 types with 4 four baryants each and the normal torch, dust and souls. I don't know, do you want a green one and another purple one?

probably a texture bug, or a mod, but if you aren't using a mod is more probably a texture bug (i know it can be a mod because i see that you are using optifine) its strange that its a texture bug because if not the torches would be in the wall, not floating
