Haven't been able to play minecraft for like a year, Sent multiple support tickets. I can't migrate my account, despite still being able to log into it.. @MojangSupport i made the account over 10 years ago and no longer have the transaction ID and email address..

I've already made many tickets regarding this, providing as much info as possible, but I'm always denied. Is there something else I can do? I just want to get my account back and play again

Support agents have the final say in the verification process of each ticket, but if you have new information about your account, you are most welcome to submit a new ticket with our support agents to review again. We recommend making another ticket if you have new info. ^AG

Is there any other information I can provide to support agents besides transaction ID and email? This has been unsuccessful multiple times for me
