@MojangSupport I was getting help for an issue me and my sister are both having in regards to missing files apparently but I didn't get much help beyond a Bug Support link that even says that it's a little more difficult for the missing files.

Hi Sparks! It's bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-2…, right? The workaround creates a folder & moves files downloaded via command prompt into said folder. Indeed, it's technical, we understand. If you don't feel comfy doing this, we ask for your patience while we work on a solution.

Alright thank you, I didn’t want to mess with any files in case it just caused a different issue afterwards so l just wait until the bug is fixed properly.
