@Minecraft @Mojang @MojangSupport You have a major problem that you don't want to fix you prefer to diver problems to a voting system for some problems that should not be dealt with like that. We PAID For your skins we want to use them offline!

Why is there a vote for issue I have this issue since I had to change from Xbox edition to bedrock where I could use these skins and packs with out a connection this need to be fixed

No they aren’t I got told they can’t help me that’s is why I reached out in the first place! I want to some who can help me! I feel like I have been scammed into buying thing form your store that I can’t use! And can’t even use the things you say I can!! Fix This!!
