Are you seeing this happen on your single-player worlds, or is this happening on Realms, servers, or other multiplayer worlds? Can you let us know what platform you're playing Minecraft on (iOS, Xbox, etc.) and what troubleshooting you've done to address the issue? ^FF

It's happening on realms regardless of console. Especially when going over 200,000 away from your main area or spawn. I don't know what to do for trouble shooting, it happens even if your connection is stable or not. Everything is up to date as well.
