I have an account and I just want to receive an email to recover my password, but I don't receive ANY e-mail, and I send the ticket for support so I can show the transaction ID of the e-mail that I used to buy the account so I can recover it. I just want to recover it.

I'm glad that at least I got a response for someone, because constantly receiving BOT message was pissing me off and also I had a "minecraft pro gamer" answering me, which pissed me off even more. Thanks.
