@MojangSupport Hi, I have emailed regard not receiving my Vanilla cape and I got an underwhelming reply from a support agent. I have been playing for almost 8 years according to NameMC. I would really liked this fixed please.

If you owned Java for a long time, it may be that you did not own a copy of Minecraft for Windows on your Microsoft account prior to the cutoff date. We at Mojang Support cannot grant the cape if you are not eligible. ^LK
