@MojangSupport @Xbox You need to fix it so that you can access skin and texture packs offline for Minecraft Bedrock on the Xbox I have had this problem since I had to change for Xbox One to Bedrock but nothing has happened!!! Major Fix Required for offline gamers!

Hello there! You're referring to Marketplace content, do I have that right? Were you able to access marketplace content while offline, previously? If so, can you tell us when that changed? ^AG

Yes I really have not since I got bedrock I have sent previous messages but nothing happened I also have mobile and with no connection I still have access to my skins and packs.

That link you took me to I talked to at least 3 different people now none of them actually know what is going on not everyone play with a internet connection I need to talk to someone who will help fix this.

In that case, I'd definitely suggest updating the ticket and letting them know what's going on with your issue so they can help to the best of their ability. ^BT
