@MojangSupport can you help me with this? It keeps happening and I even got a micro SD card and it’s still doing the same thing

Hi Hannah! Sorry to hear that you're encountering this error screen. May we ask when this error message occurred? Is this an issue involving a local world save or do you have a Realm, by chance? ^AG

It happens when I try to load any of my worlds! I keep on having to re-download the game No I don’t have any realms :)
