I believe that with a lead, you can tie an Allay to a fence for a brief disco party, similar to horses! ^AG

Checking on that now and... It looks like you'll need to give the Allay some other item first, THEN you'll be able to attach a lead to it. Can you give that a try with something basic like cobblestone? ^LK
