@MojangSupport why can't I play MC offline on my computer? I try to play Java and it says "sorry, unable to start Minecraft" and bedrock freezes at around 45%

I got them both to work but it will not let me log in to my account on bedrock but i think that makes a bit of sense

Are you seeing any error messages when trying to log into your account to play Bedrock? If so, can you send us a screenshot of what error(s) you're seeing? Be sure to block out your personal details in order to keep information safe! ^FF

so I got Minecraft to load but I did not give me a error message, it just made everything disappear so it was just the spinning background of the title screen for about 1 minute and then took me back to the main menu and did not log me in

When you say it took you back to the main menu, are you referring to the Minecraft launcher itself, or was this the main menu in Minecraft? Also, can you let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps so far? ^FF

Ah, I see. Yes, if you aren't connected to the Internet on your PC, you won't be able to sign in on the Microsoft account containing your purchase. If you're having connectivity issues, please create a ticket with us so that we can help you. ^AG
