@MojangSupport I tried to get assistance for why my Minecraft Launcher won’t stop getting stuck trying to load Microsoft Login and it’s been about 2 weeks and nothing has fixed it and it still wont let my relogin in, can I get some help?

I'm not getting any more responses to the email even though I still need help, the numbers were #5323643. Do I make a new report in order to get a new ticket number? I've been trying to get the Launcher to let me login for weeks now and even with Xbox Companion, it won't work.

Before you read this image, I remember when you said you're unable to add the capes to accounts that appear to be non-eligible. However, you could create a new Vanilla cape that doesn't go by the Vanilla cape rules, you can give it to anyone that deserves it. (: 👍
