@MojangSupport it鈥檚 been 4 hours and I still can鈥檛 get onto any servers??? is this being fixed or ignored?

2 more hours and no update or anything publicly said about this issue other than replying to people asking them to file a report, do we actually know whats happening? it's been 6 hours at least now :(
