@MojangSupport Me and my friends haven't been able to join my Java Realm for the past 4 days, i've tried sending in a ticket, but it just states there's an error, despite me giving the correct emails, transaction IDs and other requirements.

Sorry to hear that! If you could, can you try using another browser and/or device to see if that helps? Oh, and try clearing your cache and cookies! ^BT
