Since the release of 1.19.7, Realms purchases on PlayStation have been failing for many users. We have an update rolling out today that should resolve this! - jhp

We have a bit of backlog at this time, sorry to say; however, I assure you that an agent will reach out to you as soon as they get to yours! If you have your ticket number, I can check to see if the ticket's made it in. ^BT
