@MojangSupport hey mojang , I don’t use proxy or vpn but I’m getting a msg saying “please disconnect your vpn or proxy” but I’m not using them… It’s something weird … I dunno but … I’m sure is a fault of the 3rd party server issue … Also, I need ask something more …

Can you send us a screenshot or photo of this error you're seeing, and can you clarify when does this error pop up? For example, in the game launcher, when trying to access your worlds, joining a Realm or server, etc.? Once we have more info we can better help you! ^FF

Yeah this one , it was a fail from the 3th party server , the owner reset my ip at whitelist … the security at that server it’s a pain … too strict … because im from latam I’m having this issues 🤷🏻‍♀️
