Since the release of 1.19.7, Realms purchases on PlayStation have been failing for many users. We have an update rolling out today that should resolve this! - jhp

Your friend will need to submit a ticket to Support: bit.ly/3uO21ER. One of our Realms experts will be able to help get the Realm up and running for them! ^FF
