@MojangSupport I can’t join my friends Realm, it doesn’t show up and they say my account can’t be found. I was already in this realm.

Is this a Java or Bedrock realm, and has the realm owner already made sure the realm has been updated? Sometimes realms can take up to 24-48 hours to update. Let us know if you're still unable to join the realm. ^FF

Java realm, other people can play and join, my account can’t be found when trying to add to the realm and I’m not on the player list anymore, no one else can find it either. Yesterday I kept getting connectivity issues that wouldn’t let me type in game chat.
