@MojangSupport Hi my son is unable to purchase and download Minecraft deluxe collection on ps4 because a message shows that it can’t be downloaded due to already having Minecraft on his ps4… we’ve tried deleting it but the same message still pops up… please help?

This is what we see initially and then after clicking tell me more it shows the blue screen message

If you already own Minecraft, you won't be able to purchase the game again as the Deluxe Edition. If you want to refund your original purchase so that you can get the Deluxe Edition, please reach out to PlayStation support for a possible refund: bit.ly/425dXQB. ^FF

Deleting/uninstalling a game from your console won't entirely remove it from your system, as you can reinstall it again. If you need help with fully removing a game and your game files from your PlayStation 4, please reach out to PlayStation Support: bit.ly/3c8g2qJ. ^FF
