@MojangSupport our realm that has never had any cheats enabled and has never had creative mode hasn’t still been able to have any achievements unlocked while playing it, it’s actually really sad can you please help?

If a world is switched to Creative or Cheats are enabled, achievements are permanently disabled & can no longer be earned while playing that world. You can try restoring an earlier backup to regain the ability to earn them, but any progress made after the backup will be lost. ^FF

i just said it’s never had cheats or creative on, this has happened to a few other people’s realms also and my last realm that once again was completely cheat free.
