Hmm, that's odd. If the recipe was wrong, it shouldn't show the finished dispenser on the right. Does this happen to all your recipes, or just the dispenser? Also, what platform are you playing on? ^LK

just the dispenser and flint and steel. it’s been this way since the last update on Bedrock edition. I play on my switch but it doenst happen for the bedrock edition on the phone

Hmm, in that case it may be that some files were corrupted during the last update. We'd recommend reinstalling the game. Before you do, back up your files, otherwise they'll be lost! You can check out those steps here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W
