I think you made a mistake with updating lighting. I was using the old way to get gradient lighting and was excited for new slabs and stairs do to my excessive eploiting since slabs and stairs became a thing. Take a look: @jeb_ @MojangSupport @Mojang @Microsoft @Minecraft

Hi @Mojang can you get someone on your team able to allow us to revert to the old lighting on our personal servers? This still really really really upsets us you took this out after it being in the game for more than half of the games life. It was a beautfiul way to add accents.
