Since the release of 1.19.7, Realms purchases on PlayStation have been failing for many users. We have an update rolling out today that should resolve this! - jhp

Nope! Still having issues. I don’t understand that you’re literally the most played game in the world! And your servers seem to be held together by fail dreams, glue, and aneurysms. Like it makes absolutely no sense.

Me and my nephew keep trying to do cross play but we keep getting disconnected. My nephews on iPad I’m on PlayStation five. I have a wired connection he’s on Wi-Fi. And yet we keep getting disconnected from the server when we try to load

That definitely sounds frustrating. What exact error messages are you seeing, and are you and your nephew seeing the same error? Also, are you trying to connect to a normal world, a Realm, or a server? ^FF
