@MojangSupport Being able to customize your skin on Bedrock doesn’t mean that much when the game changes it to a default skin and deletes your customized one every few weeks. 😅😆

That definitely sounds frustrating to deal with! Are you using items from the Marketplace that are going missing, or something else? If you can provide a little more detail about the issue, we'll be happy to take a closer look at what might be happening here. ^FF
