@MojangSupport man this is frustrating. I haven't been able to play since Saturday. The launcher is asking me to buy the game again and nothing is working. Haven't received a response on my ticket either... how does this even happen?? I never changed anything with my account

Thanks for providing that ticket for me! It's made it in, but an agent hasn't gotten to it yet. Not to worry though, you should get a reply as soon as a helper gets to yours. Thanks for your patience in the meantime! ^BT
