Nah, didn't help. They just sent me an info drop of how to fix things. I saw this web page a year ago, followed all the advice on it and it didn't fix anything a year ago. The game on Switch is just unable to join other platforms' Realms and multiplayer Worlds, so glitchy.

Just to confirm, did you just make the ticket or are you referring to the year before? ^BT
