@MojangSupport I am trying to create a realm ive been charged for but can’t. I’ve contacted support but want to see if there is a quicker fix. Whenever I try to make one, It says “your purchase succeeded, but we couldn’t create your realm right now.” What should I do?

I didn't receive any reply from the support team I did send them their quest for the support team more than 24 hours ago. I do have the problem the problem is when I go to to creating a realm the game tells me your loading your subscription and there is no realm opens + I payed $
