@MojangSupport I am trying to buy the 2 player realm subscription for 3.99 a month... (I have 4+ dollars in eShop funds...) But Minecraft is currently refusing to load... Can you guys help me buy my realm plz? I need to transfer a world to PC...

Are you seeing any error messages at all or does it just continue to load forever? Try power cycling your device (turning it off and on) and see if it will load so you can make your Realm purchase. Let us know if you're still having any issues with getting into the game! ^FF

I got it purchased... But now I'm getting the drowned error when I sign in via my PC... I uploaded one of my switch worlds to my realm subscription but I can't sign into my PC to download it to my PC...

"Drowned" unfortunately means that you’ve encountered an unknown error during sign-in. Please try fully closing Minecraft, restart your PC, and try logging in again. If you're still running into issues, we may need to have you reach out to Support: aka.ms/Minecraft-Support. ^FF
