@MojangSupport Hi, I got this bug when I entered the play store to install minecraft bedrock, I don't know why my phone is new and I already tried another of the same brand and it did work

What type of device are you trying to download Minecraft on? ^FF

That came out on my phone, it's a Tecno Spark 8C, a family member who has the same model doesn't get that message in the play store when he went to download it too

As long as your device has at least 1GB of RAM and is running on Android 5 (Lollipop) or higher, you should be able to run Minecraft on it. You can also check out our FAQ for Android tech issues here: bit.ly/40clZ9d. ^FF
