@MojangSupport You guys sucked my money from my bank account in less than 30 seconds, but it's taken you DAYS to respond to my incident related to not being able to use the service. Every day that goes by, is time off my subscription. This is not acceptable and I want a refund

From a consumer standpoint, it doesn’t really matter if you’re experiencing a high volume of incidents. I paid for a 30 day subscription and have been unable to use it for 5 days so far.
