@MojangSupport @Mojang why this for 3 days? Machine connected to internet and account sign in reset. No features and working at all

1. My switch is connected to my wifi absolutely fine 2. Internet speed is fine 3. Connected to my Microsoft account after a sign out and back in Problem: cannot access tower, adventure hub or any daily trials. No error reason given. Just locked out for no reason I can see

I’ve filled out these forms and gotten generic an non-personal copy paste replies in the past. Will an actual human help me if I take the time to do this?
