@MojangSupport Hi there, I have had serious problems with my realm for a while now and need help accessing it, I have unistalled and reinstalled everything to do with my bedrock minecraft on the pc, resetted the router, checked my computer for updates and everything I can do

Do you get an error message when trying to access your Realms? If so, can you provide a screenshot of it for me? ^BT

Can't currently get a screenshot however, it'll say "disconnected from server" or "unable to join realm, please try again later" with the regular dirt background
