No I haven't. I submitted through the site and still got nothing. I've confirmed I got emails before and that it worked in the past. Is there anything else I can do? I can try submitting a new ticket but I've already tried to submit 2 of them already. I'm using a yahoo email

Try clearing your cache and cookies and try sending through another web browser and/or device to see if that helps! ^BT
