I'm trying to log into Minecraft, but the launcher keeps loading. I have been waiting for over an hour. I tried installing it again but it's still the same. Anyone have a solution? Or what is the problem? @MojangSupport

But in the end I found the solution I just had to download and open minecraft with the legacy minecraft launcher (minecraft.net/es-es/download). P.S only for the minecraft java edition. Thanks for your time. I hope this helps more people.
