@MojangSupport I play on ps5 and half of my skin are not loading I also recently purchased the mega man x pack and that’s not loading as well

Is this only happening with certain skin packs, or are all of them not loading properly? Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far to address this issue, if any? ^LK

At the moment the Mega Man X, Star Wars prequel, and World Warrior skin packs won’t load, for the mega man x pack in the shop it gives me to option to download but just keeps on loading instead of installing it
