@MojangSupport I have a very specific issue with crossplay and the marketplace -Parent profile on Nintendo Switch -Separate Switch profile for kid -Kid Switch profile links to parent Xbox account for crossplay Marketplace purchases are not showing up across profiles. Help?

I actually sent an email through that form a few days ago and haven't heard back yet! Should I send another one?

I actually never got a ticket # or confirmation message in my email. I wasn't sure if that meant the message never went through.

Interesting! Typically, you'd get an automated bot response email with a ticket # and confirmation. If you didn't get one though, something may have gone awry; it happens on rare occasion. I suggest submitting a ticket again just in case! Thanks for being patient. :) ^AM
