Since the release of 1.19.7, Realms purchases on PlayStation have been failing for many users. We have an update rolling out today that should resolve this! - jhp

Ticket still hasn’t been answered after 2 days btw I’m literally losing time on my realm because you guys won’t actually answer your tickets in time

Our Realms team may be a little backed up right now, if you have submitted a ticket, we thank you for your patience while someone gets back to you! If you received a ticket #, I can look into the ticket and make sure it was received if you provide that number! ^AM

Thanks billion dollar corporation, let me wait for my ticket which I submitted to be answered 1 business year after I payed for the realm 👍👍👍
