@MojangSupport I’m trying to join my friend’s minecraft server for 3 months and i can’t still join . I’m from PS4 and i have tried many methods but still nothing . What can I do ?

Yes , everything is fine . I still can’t join my friends server . It pops up a screen saying “unable to join world” . I really want to play Minecraft so please help me out . @MojangSupport

This form requires Pc , MacOs etc platforms and i play on PS4. How can i complete it ?

It might be that you've chosen the wrong Game Title, since that changes what platforms are available. Minecraft on PlayStation would just be "Minecraft". If you're still having trouble, feel free to describe the issue in more detail in the ticket body and submit it anyways. ^LK
