@MojangSupport Hey, Me and my friend are having problems playing together. I'm on a PC and he's on Xbox, but we cant connect to each other.

Oh no! Are you both having trouble joining each other's worlds, or are you trying to join a Realm? Also, have you both tried any troubleshooting so far? ^LK
