Make sure your online/safety settings are enabled for multiplayer (steps here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W), even if you don't have a child account you can double check they are enabled! Make sure you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription for online play. ^AM

I’ve checked online and everything is enabled so I don’t understand why it’s not working ?? What can you do to resolve this issue ??????
