We'll try and help! First, make sure you have online multiplayer permissions set to allow, you can find steps and all of the permissions you need here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W. If you're still having trouble, make sure your PS Plus subscription is active to allow online play. ^AM

Yes i have the PS plus, The issue is when I activate the Microsoft account because when I have it activated it does not let me invite but when I have it deactivated it does let me invite

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what you mean. When you have PS Plus activated it doesn't let you send invites? Is there a particular error message that you see? Let us know so we can continue investigating, thanks! ^AM
