@MojangSupport Help. So 5 years ago, I bought Minecraft Java and got the Windows 10 Edition for free. I just now realized I never got the Vanilla Cape. From what I can tell, I was fully eligible for it. Is there any way you can review my account? There may have been a mistake.

I unfortunately no longer have the transaction ID, as the inbox for the email I signed up with was cleared. I don't remember the payment method (It was 2018). Is there any other way to verify I own the account?

If you no longer have your Transaction ID, our agents may be able to verify you using alternative means. Go ahead and file a ticket and they will reach out and let you know what information is needed. :) ^AM
