@MojangSupport ya probe de todo pero aun sigo sin el juego, no es que no me aparece, es que se me borro de la cuenta de microsoft no se porque, necesito el juego urgente tengo muchas cosas en mundos y servers ahorre mucho por el juego lo necesito porfavor no pido mas

Can you tell us what version of the game you're playing (Java or Bedrock)? If this is a Java account, do you have a migrated Mojang account, or did you already use a Microsoft account to sign in and play Minecraft? Let us know so we can point you to the right direction! ^FF

I play in the Java version and I also have a Microsoft account but I don't understand why I am playing calmly and when I stop playing for just a couple of hours my game is deleted from the account, if this is a Microsoft error I would like you to fix it as soon as possible pls :)
