Since the release of 1.19.7, Realms purchases on PlayStation have been failing for many users. We have an update rolling out today that should resolve this! - jhp

After this update, we cannot access any of our realms worlds. It says “All realms have been updated. You need to update your game to continue.” Please help!

Please double check that your Realms has been updated and that you're updated to the latest version. If that's all checked out and good, then I'd give it some time since it takes a bit for the updates to show up on some platforms. ^BT
