Huh, it is pretty weird to see sculk isolated like that, it might just be a strange world generation thing, not a full on bug. If you'd like to report it though, you can visit our bug site here: bugs.mojang.com. ^LK

I mean that the block above is selected when I am crouched and not the block that I am pointed at
