The Cauldron error code means that Minecraft couldn't reach the authentication servers, or the connection has timed out, due to either a temporary service outage or issues with your game or internet connection. Can you let us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far? ^FF

I can't subscribe to realm plus. It gives me an error saying: the device has lost connection to the shop and we cannot confirm that this offer is still available.
