@MojangSupport yesterday when I opened the Minecraft Launcher to play, It was just a grey screen and I couldn’t play.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried and are you playing on WiFi or Hardwire? ^TK

I play on Wi-Fi I think.

If you can, can you try and switch over to a hardwire connection to see if that helps? I would also uninstall/reinstall to see if there are corrupt files at play. ^TK

I also cannot uninstall the launcher because there is a password block and I don’t know the password
